Communication Data

When you sign-up to the newsletter, only your email address and name is collected. You are not required to give any additional information such as: address or telephone number.

When you buy in products or services in the store or sign up for a course, both your email and, if you provide it, your billing address is received. This information is not used for anything other than communication or to send products to you. 

Your email is used to send regular updates: blog posts, video lessons, course details, and to market products such as books or online lessons.

Your email address is stored within the WordPress platform and is not shared or sold to any third-parties. If you wish to withdraw from the mailing list, you can do so at any time.

Communication data includes contact information gained via email, Facebook, and Skype and is used solely for communication between you and DanishTube to answer questions, arrange online classes, and to send content.

If compelled by law to disclose personal data acquired through our site, we will comply with such orders.  

Technical data – Visitor Analytics

On my site danish-tube.om I use Visitor Analytics, a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors’ general details of the customers’ websites.

This is used in order to improve your experience on the site. Information collected includes: pages you visit and when, how long you spend on the site, where you are approximately located; how many times you have visited the site etc.

Basically, as a website owner using Visitor Analytics, I am using cookies to collect data about visitors’ device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, IPs, page visits, bounce rate, conversions and popular content on the website.

All this data is pseudonymized and Visitor Analytics will never use the collected data to identify individual users or to match it with additional information on an individual user. Each visitor has control over the cookies placement.

I collect this information with a legitimate interest to improve the site, service, and to grow the brand.
